Getting to the Lodge PDF Print E-mail

There are three ways to get there, either along the Warburton highway via Lilydale, Yarra Junction, Noojee and Icy Creek or you can travel along the Princes Highway until Warragul or Trafalgar and then follow the signs from the highway. Alternativelyyou can go via Moe then to Rawson and follow the South Face Rd straight to the resort. The South face road is a dirt road. However, compared to the Baw Baw tourist road, it is a highway, it is wider and straighter!

Getting to Baw Baw

During the Declared winter season.

  • Chains are required to be carried at all times while on the resort. Even if you think it isn’t going to snow. The weather changes quickly.
  • Make sure you know how to fit them.
  • Don’t be another one of the cars off the edge because you didn’t have chains fitted properly.
  • You can hire chains at Icy Creek or Tanjil Bren, or if you are coming via the South Face Rd, from Erica Ski Hire

Resort Entry Fees

There are now fees for both winter and Summer at Mt Baw Baw.
