Winter Bookings:

The W.F. Waters lodge is owned and run by Rovers for Rovers. Weekends are reserved for Rovers only with 2 weekends each year reserved for Venturers and one weekend reserved for ex Rovers (Open Weekend). Bookings open on Feb 1st Every year. Make sure you call early if you have a specific date you want to book or you may miss out. Tentative bookings are made by either phone or email and Full payment must be made within 30 days of booking for your booking to be secured.

• Rover Weekends - $110*
• Venturer Weekends - $75
• Open Weekends - $130
• Mid week scouting - $30pp per night.
• Mid week non scouting - $35pp per night.

* If you book and pay for your Rover weekend by the 31st of March, the cost for the weekend is only $100

All midweek bookings require a minimum of 10 people.
Weekends are offered to other groups after the 1st May if they have not been booked by Rovers. These weekends are not catered and do not have a warden. They run as a midweek booking. Waiting lists start from 1st Feb.

Summer Bookings:

During Summer the lodge is available to all groups within scouting and outside scouting. We encourage rover crews, scout groups, school groups, church groups, 4WD clubs, Cycling clubs and family groups.

Summer Prices are $15 per person per night. There is a minimum booking of 10 people.
